Never going back to this location... put a hole in the dress shirt and they blamed it on oxyclean. Told me it was my fault and to deal with it.

Unfortunately, this business deserves no stars, but that is not an option. I took a blouse in for dry cleaning prior to a trip for my granddaughter's baptism in another part of the country.  Before leaving the blouse on Monday, we confirmed that they could have the blouse ready for pickup on Tuesday, as our flight was leaving at 6:30 a.m.  on Thursday. On Tuesday, my husband went to pick up the blouse and was told it was not ready. He reiterated the timeline under which we were working and they promised the blouse by end of day on Wednesday. I’m guessing you can tell where this is going…went to pick up the blouse on Wednesday… oops, still not ready. We were told they had initially misplaced the blouse but found it on the bottom of a bag and put it on the truck Wednesday afternoon for cleaning, promising it on Thursday. We reiterated that we needed the blouse Wednesday and suggested that the truck bring the shirt back. However, we were told that they could not reach the driver and the plant where the blouse had been sent was closed. After a heated conversation (which, incidentally, is way outside my comfort zone), the employee agreed to call her manager to see if there were other options. They called me back around 6:15 p.m. and said that there was an employee at the plant in Hopkins where the blouse had been sent for cleaning and he would stay there until 7:00 p.m. if we wanted to go and get it, still not cleaned of course. We ended up driving 15 miles during late rush hour traffic to retrieve the blouse. So, "Hated it" does not even come close to expressing my opinion of this business. Based on my first and only experience, customer service is not one of their priorities. Of course, I can't comment on their work, since they did none.
