Love the Clean'n'Press! Great prices - Quality Product. They have even taught me about the life span of my shirts! They don't last forever but my gal at Clean'n'Press keeps them looking the best!

It's been the second time that my shirt came back dirty. If it was possible to give half a star I would but I'm not coming back again

As a regular customer, I was surprised when a shirt I had sent in to them came back with the collar totally frayed. When I asked why this had happened to this particular shirt, the owner, first he said that it was because I use high starch. In fact, I had instructed them to always use med starch which his own records could show. Then he said it was because the shirt was old. In fact it was newer than other shirts in that same batch of shirts he had done. It gets no more or less use/wear than any others. When confronted with these counterpoints, it just wasn't adding up. The manager took zero responsibility for the matter, and offered nothing by way of compensation or even an apology. To quote "I'm not going to do anything about it." It doesn't get much clearer when your business is not valued. 

Not sure if this is the same at other Clean N Press locations. At this location, their prices (with coupons) are among the betters ones in Woodbury, but their business practices do not deserve to be rewarded. I will be voting with my feet. Suggest fellow google users do the same.
