They've earned this loyal customer! I've never had a solid "go-to" stylist before coming here, but now I book here every single time! David's a master stylist with *magic fingers*, I swear, and I go to him now for my short, tricky hairstyle. He's wonderful and a pleasure to work and chat with; I had never felt comfortable sitting in a salon chair and fumbling through a bad explanation of what I wanted to do with my 'do, but he made it fun and simple, and he worked with me until we reached the style I wanted. Also, I've come in a few times for a trim between cuts when David wasn't available; I went to Alisha, who was super bubbly and fun. She was very attentive to my requests, and she took the time to help sort out this one weird cowlick spot that was revealed when my style grew out a bit-- she tackled it like a champ, and now I use her recommended solution for that spot at every trim. Her work was clean and done very well. All the staff at this location have always been very helpful, polite, and professional, and every hair product that I use now has been a spot-on recommendation from them. The recommendations themselves have always been given with a helpful mindset and never felt like a forced sales tactic. I've been coming to this location since July of 2016, it's a definite keeper.

I think Valerie was my colorist, just went all over darker than my natural hair. She seemed a little hesitant due to the darkness, but I assured her that's what I wanted and I love it! Simon was my stylist and I knew when I saw him he will be my hairmate ;) he communicates product use and why. Going over what I wanted (chin length from bra strap length) I have never had a short haircut I liked and he did it. I showed him what I wanted/didn't want and why. So glad I read reviews on here and went with him. The girl before me also went from short to shorter and looked great! I will be growing out my hair, but definitely be going back for trims etc to see Simon.

I had never been to this location before and let me tell you, my experience was AMAZING. I had an appointment for 10, I showed up on time and they took me right away. No waiting. The staff at the front were super nice and welcoming. Now here's the most important part, my precious hair. My appointment was with DAVID - master stylist - and I was getting a men's haircut. I had long curly hair and I cut it myself two weeks before so it was time to get it cleaned up and cut by someone who knew what they were doing. I was nervous at first seeing as though I tend to be awkward when communicating with people. David made me feel super comfortable, he did an AWESOME job on my hair, and we had great conversations. We laughed and shared travel stories and so on! I will definitely be a returning customer and I actually told my wife I look forward to going back and having a chat with him! So I highly recommend this location and David.

I always get a great haircut at Visible Changes. Sky normally works on my hair but was booked up one evening, and I didn't prepare ahead of time. So although a little timid at first, I went to a new stylist. You know how you're always nervous about that? Well, I couldn't have had a better, more fun experience than what I had with Savannah! She gave me the smoothest fade in the universe. And, she was full of jokes! Honestly, she was more entertaining than the movie I went to right after! Visible changes is a great place to go to get looking your best. I highly recommend!

I have gone to Visible Changes numerous times and my latest visit I met Sky and she changed my hairs life. She was extremely easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit so much! Sky did exactly what I asked for and she even suggested something that I would have never thought of. I love my hair! Thank you Sky! ☺
