This is based off of my mother:

Had an appointment at 11 got there early to do paper work. The lady who took me in for my consultation was being "real" with me. Her way of being "real" was a bit hood and trashy to be frank. She told me I needed more than what I wanted to spend. They do good work just terrible price, tacky service as well. The customer service stinks. They txt me saying I made an apppointment before at another time on another day and then said I had another one. They blamed it on the "system". I have sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. And took them an hour to do my percesure. Being self conscious about my look they preyed on me to spend more money here. They didn't care about me they cared about the money and made me feel insecure.

I didn't have any trouble getting an appointment until I purchased a (overpriced) package. Since that time they have canceled every appointment that I have had but when I have a friend call for the same service on the same day, they have a spot with that very person for the same service on the same day. That is, of course, after they confirm that you are paying and are "new money". I voiced my concern and wanted to speak to corporate and the girl said she couldn't give me the number because it is a cell phone and they can't give them out?!?!  So I requested a phone call back and it has yet to happen. Very shady and incredibly unprofessional. Too many places in the Houston area to go to than to take a chance on such a shady business. Can't recommend

I have been a member for many years and they agreed what I would pay for visits after my plan and they are now trying to double the charges.  I feel they decieved me.  They also said they would look into it and call me back and its been 3 days.
