Love the whole mall setting. Just wish they would not charge the smaller vender so much in rent that they drove them away. Love that rural king is there with the trader horn selection of stuff to choose from. Been going there since I was a kid and my kids love to go there for a couple of hours of shopping and some excellent mall pizza like when I was a kid. If and when it closes its doors like so many other malls it will be a sad day for butler

A very family friendly mall. Many complain its not busy enough but that blame is placed in consumers and visitors of the mall. If people stopped complaining and actually went and shopped at the mall we wouldn't have brick and mortar stores dying. This place is a wonderful place to bring your family for a nice relaxing day. Consumers need to stop complaining and spend at the mall. If only those complaining realized its their fault malls and small businesses die.

The mall is so sad now. Has to be close to half empty, vacant storefronts as far as the eye can see. Heard its due to the building owners being too greedy and charging too much for rent. The "food court" is sad. Everything is outdated design wise. Only a singular set of bathrooms. Unless the store you want to go to is only in the mall and nowhere else, I would stay clear of the place.

A proprietary demographic market research analysis was conducted revealing 34 stores open; 23 stores closed; 3 stores are seasonal. Basically the worst mall in the region. If I could give this so called mall a lower rating I would. A large portion of Mall is vacant. There is not a single vendor that sells a decent cup of coffee. This place should be condemned. Enter at your own risk.

A LOT of empty stores - they lost SEARS, but that's not the shopping center's fault. It's a quiet mall with some good stores left, and a decent book store. Parking is pretty good.
