Joe and Donny are both stand up people. They do the right thing.  I appreciate that they are direct, and up-front about their capabilities.  They stick to what they do best, and let you know what to expect.  They also don't pressure you. They listen to their customer concerns, and work to ensure a positive outcome.

Where should I start? If I could give them a negative star rating I would!!!!!   Run far away!  Don't walk RUN---- Do not patronize this business.  The owner, Joe Cecil,  is the rudest, nasty and has no idea what customer service is.   I truly feel sorry for his employees because they are the only positive thing about this company.   Donnie, Jonathan, Pablo have been great but doesn't outweigh the attitude of the owner.     My main issue with the owner is he doesn't keep his word nor does he follow what is in the contract he wrote!   He performed services without telling the customer of the true charges and then demanded payment of the inflated charges that he did.   Additional concrete was 1410.00 but he demanded payment in the nastiest way for over $5000.00.  The concrete was already poured or I would have had him remove it!  He is not allowed on my property ever again!!   Run as far and as fast as you can from him!   I should have read reviews befor I signed with them!  Did I mention the pool is still not finished over two months out???
