Stopped by for some dinner while on a long drive. Although online the hours of the buffet were supposed to be earlier than they in fact were, the food was so very good from the restaurant side and after eating my wife won on the machines. Nice place overall, but we were there mid week during the day so it wasn't crowded.

I do not go there to gamble. I only go for the concerts. Their event center is a nice place to see a concert, the only problem is having to walk through a smokey casino to get there.

Needs to raise the winning no jackpots like cda casino the rate I win is a lot more  then the low percentage then Clearwater love the place but need to make a lot better and need to fix the hot seat promo same people win I use to win and now I spend the same or not more but never win

We only stayed for an hr or so. It was a nice brake from traveling. During the day it wasn't very crowded and there were plenty of the machines open that we liked. It's nice that they have serve yourself beverages for free.

The Wi-Fi is not free, and personal cell service or Wi-Fi are unavailable while there. 
Shuttle service does not accommodate persons with disabilities and some times service is not very friendly or able to accommodate everyone waiting, shuttle holds 6 passengers only .
Cashier cage and hotel staff are always nice and friendly, rewards center staff are fair although depending on what time or if they are understaffed for scheduled events/drawings etc then its not enjoyable to need to ask for anything. 
Security has alot to do I understand this, but they would do  alot of good clientele like myself justice by trying not to Profile people, and smile maybe say hello back when dealing with anyone . Tech should respond to service call or needs faster , there are not that many machines . Casino does offer wheelchairs for those of us who require them (because shuttle does not have a lift ... etc)
But the wheelchairs do no good if unable to move without assistance of someone pushing you, as well as foot peddles that fit and work appropriately because as with myself I cant walk therefore I need foot plates . This can easily become a liability situation for the casino, the handicap bathroom is the furthest stall in the restroom and is not easy to get in or out of.
