Decided to give it a go since it is closer than Qwest. I didn't expect to win because it is a casino after all! Put in 20 $10 bills all on different games and played $0.20 per spin. I lost on every game and only got a bonus on 2 of them. Food was decent but the slots are terrible. If you are going to gamble, save it for Qwest. But for lunch, it wouldn't be horrible.

things did not start out good. I came to the casino from Coeur d'Alene using the shuttle I came here to play and then to go home and Spokane if they have a policy about transferring because they're trying to curb vagrancy and misuse of their shuttle system but that should not include people that come here to play and spend money which I did got into an argument with the bus driver. Then had a emotional discussion with security. I am handicapped in pain and they were going to let me take the bus to Spokane. In fact they didn't and I was to be left stranded here till morning in a wheelchair in severe pain. But through discussion with the people in charge believe they see my point of view of the errors in a policy it needs some refining they gave me a hotel room which I desperately needed to lay down and I'll go to catch the bus shuttle to Spokane in the morning so thank you for D'Alene Casino I'm giving you 5 stars for making what was wrong right God bless and yes there's typos I don't care I'm tired

I like this place.... Even though its a 30 minute drive for me but its worth it, one thing i will point out the security & the staff members are very friendly compare to Quest casino and thats a fact. Thats the biggest reason i will choose and go and gamble to CDA Casino over any others in spokane if i have to choose

Went to a Christmas party , and was told the wrong direction of location by staff twice. Nice rooms and updated accomidations except the heater in the room did not work! Winter! Night shift guy was super nice and said that the manager should definetly take care of us. Left the next day and the manager never called me back left several messages  finally got ahold of someone ten minutes before they charged my card (noon)  knew who I was and about the situation before I even talked with her and was told all they could do is a breakfast( ?)  .......horrible customer service never going back! casino smelled and looked dirty the only positive thing I can say is one side of valet was nice.

This review pertains only to the buffet
The prime rib and fresh pasta stations are excellent  however the rest of the selections seem very cheap and not so good. The decor is nice but the table service was just ok
