I was referred to this practice over 2 years ago, and hey were unable to verify my insurance upon arrival. I had COBRA insurance,  and contacted the provider who did verify coverage to the reception staff.  Yet the reception staff refused to except that I did have insurance coverage, so I said I would pay out-of-pocket for the appointment. I was told that they would not see me without insurance because the doctor would want to refer me for other services including physical therapy, and they wanted to make sure there was insurance to pay for it. I could clearly see a physical therapy area directly behind the reception desk.  I gave the place one star, because there is no option for zero stars. :-(

Doctors office called me saying I need to come to their office within 2 hours of them calling me to count the medicine I have, well first I’m in Florida so that’s impossible two I am not going to jump when they say go, these people have no compassion they bring you in once a month ask you how your medicines doing and then the nurse comes and throws the prescription back at you. Had one nurse practitioner come to my room rolling her eyes talking about the last patient wouldn’t shut up and she’s going to need some speed to get through the rest of the day. These people are so rude!!! Sorry but I refuse to be treated like a criminal I have a very debilitating condition which requires pain management. Oh and good luck on getting any answers as to why your in pain, these doctors don’t know anything nor do they care!

I have been a patient there for a while.  I must say that Dr. Rosen was a little harsh and we clashed a bit. Dr Rosen is no longer there.  My new doctor,  Dr Brant is a pretty good doctor.  He works with me to help me keep my appointments, and occasionally he smiles. The front desk staff is pretty nice.  One in particular (Natalie )is really kind and sweet.  When they can call you by name before you sign in,  that's a plus.

I have a wonderful doctor, she listens and helps me where needed. At first I was nervous but the staff I’ve encountered with have been awesome.

This place is great!!! I have read all the negative comments and I am shocked, my nurse Melanie Thorpe is absolutely the best nurse I've ever had and I've been treated great by all the staff. So its not them being rude maybe its You that's making them act that way?  I wonder?
