This used to be a decent Library, yet it has gone downhill over the past few years! Thank God I no longer live on the West Shore anymore! NOTE MY 1 STAR RATING: This Library has gone downhill a bit in recent years, from the trouble caused by too many noisy patrons-noisy and rude troublemakers, which they seem content to run wild here-no discipline from the staff! There was an incident on Monday May 23, 2016-between 10AM-12 NOON, I noticed another patron eating at an internet computer-eating a dripping burger type sandwich and more, and not one staff member did anything about it!??!!?? This was both unsanitary and disgusting. This library needs to do a better job of controlling the noise and unruly patrons! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE POOR MANAGEMENT OF THIS LIBRARY!

(Kindly requesting) I honestly love this library due to the variety of books and DVDs selections as well as all the program it provides for adults and children. The biggest issue I face every time I'm there is how noisy it is and I wish there are some sort of reinforcement for it. If any employee see this comment, please remind the visitors to be quiet either by putting up signs or make some sort of announcement periodically. Some people go to the library either to study or to read and enjoy quietness. Thank you.
