very disappointing. this situation was over a week ago. i was about to cxl the appt because my infant had to go to ER suddenly. my husband encouraged me to go and take care of myself too and that he would stay in ER with the infant. long story short, they told me they will see me after right after lunch. So I did that - i brought my toddler with me too. I told the staff about my infant situation. WAITED OVER 2-3 HOURS AFTER LUNCH STILL NO DOCTOR. The nurse said I am next every time I asked. I am upset with the fact that I don't sense any sympathy nor patient care/customer service. They are aware that I have to go back to the ER; I asked if I should re schedule but they said no need to they can see me right away after lunch. After waiting that long, they said well we are very busy right now. i ended up walking out with my toddler.

Dr Davila is such an awesome doctor. He cares, spends time with you and understands people like me in their 40's who like to exercise. He himself is a surfer! I am happy Dr. Davila is part of the Cleveland clinic family of doctors! Elmer Pillon

Spent 20 min on the phone to make an appointment for a specific need on a specific day off, 2 hours before appt I receive a call explaining they don't handle my need and can only give me a referral which I'd still have to come in for with a deductible. Waisted my only day off and still wanted to make money for it! Sorry for the run on sentence.

Please be aware, they don't have lab in the office. So, if you go for your annual check up and you need blood work you will need to schedule an appointment somewhere else and that will represent another week or more beside the time you will spend scheduling the appointment with the lab..
