Eric was so helpful. My note 5 stopped working and he lent me a loaner phone while the secondary phone got sent to me. Honestly this is such a helpful Verizon!

Eric the manager set us up with Verizon service in less than 30 minutes. Was a painless procedure. Highly recommended to ask for him

Got a transfer done by the manager Eric. He was very professional and ensured all devices from cell phones to tablets to computers were working without issues. I had no idea they did computer repairs until I visited!

I was a lot of issues with my phone and couldn't understand why it wasn't making any sounds and Eric fixed it within a few seconds. After that he fixed all the issues with my phone not being able to update applications. He also got me into the newest iPad at a fraction of what the cost is! Thanks for your help.

I went into the store with my LG G4 replacement and Eric some how got all of my information onto the new phone. He also went over pricing for a new laptop or tablet. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
