I love Kohl's! This one in particular is ok however they lack in customer service. Also someone opened a charge card with my info & when I called corporate they said no credit card was ever opened nor any attempt to open an account was in my name. Yet 2 months later my limit went from $300 to $500. Since they have no history of it ever happening they think that as soon as the credit bureau calls them & they verify no credit card has never been opened that I'm going to be ok with that. No! I want them to investigate to find out who opened the account.

Kohl's should be ashamed of themselves, for their rediculous pricing method.  The jewelry prices are jacked up to roughly 4 x their worth, then, the sale price is knocked down to a 1/4 of that, which is STILL too high for item.  Most of their so called high quality costume jewelry turns copper after about the 5th or 6th time wearing it.  They also use trickery in the labels.

It's a Kohl's store. By the standards of discount department stores it's pretty decent. A certain amount of chaos is inevitable in such places, but they keep it to a minimum. 

The employees are cheerful. The store is clean & well-lit. Holiday lines are long. It's a good place to shop for kids' clothes, polo shirts for my husband, etc.
