Although the hotel is "Okay" and it's clean. I would not stay here again just because they charge you an additional amount for I don't know what? I stayed here for one night and was told I was only going to be charged $55.00 for one room & an additional $50 for the deposit fee which is understandable & I was told the deposit fee would get returned to me after checking out. Well it's almost a week later and I barley got my deposit returned on my card with an additional $78 amount charged for I don't know what! & I call the hotel and nobody gives me an answer as to why I am getting charged this amount! They tell me they will call me back and have their manager give me a call back but I still have not heard from the "manager" I am the one calling them & asking them about this charge. Please don't stay here unless if you want to get charged for something that costs more than the room itself.

Visited the casino & buffet for Saturday night prime rib dinner. The food was excellent. The casino was definitely busy but didn't seem overcrowded at all. Plus there was plenty of parking still available in the main lot. Overall a great experience!

Our experience was awesome from the time we checked in, Karen our front desk hostess went beyond excellent customer service to meet our expectations in lodging. The breakfast was good. The service through out the casino was very welcoming and super friendly. We stayed there last week. Its my Bday today. We cancelled original plans and are booking another stay here!!!! I'm a gambler, but we don't have to gamble on a good time at Cliff Castle!!

Had a fun time my first time here. Nice set up, clean and modern design. Quality service. The one drawback of Cliff Castle was the fact i didn't win any money, but I intend to win next time I visit.

My fiance and I came here for nice get away weekend, we booked last minute and actually booked for the wrong day and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful changed, our booking day and when we went to check-in he already had are keys and paper work ready, they are very pleasant here the views were nice, the rooms were clean smelled good and they had a shuttle available if you needed it, the casino was just next door so that was convenient and fun. Our overall experience was relaxing and fun, we definitely will be returning when they get the new hotel finish in July can't wait.
