From the front desk reception to restaurant staff and house keeping, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Grille was pretty decent, especially for the price. Valet took a little too long for us to wait with 2 kids everyday, but the self parking is large and very close so wasn't a problem at all. 

If you are a non-smoker, DO NOT stay here. We thought since it had the indoor pool area it would have more kid friendly, smoke free areas...definitely not the case. We had to leave the pool early because the casino cigarette smoke was just too THICK. Our non-smoking room was still sickening with the smoke. 

Updated shower was nice, large bathroom. "New" beds are horrible. We weren't expecting memory foam but this was like sleeping on rock-hard springs covered in plastic! 

We came to enjoy the river and that was great. We drove to a local campgrounds and enjoyed some actual fresh air. The Casino is more for those looking to smoke all day and gamble, if that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you! We will not be returning.

Had dinner there last night. Excellent service and great food. Our waiter Mitchell was very knowledgeable and one hell of a nice guy. Food cooked to perfection. She had rib eye. New York strip with atomic horseradish. To full for desert. Will be back. Thanks again.

The room was hot and stuffy when I arrived, and didn't cool down the entire time I was there, but seeing the small dorm sized refrigerator already there about 5 minutes after requesting it made up for some of that.  The room was quiet enough and had a nice view overlooking the Colorado River.  The breakfast at the restaurant was also good for what it was.  However, there is no way to get to your room without walking through the smoky casino.  In fact, the smoke was so thick walking to my room on a couple of occasions, that I had to change my shirt to stop smelling it on me.  I wish non-smokers had a right to breath cleaner air, but not here.  The only place that is off limits to smoking was the counter areas that had hotel or casino staff there.  So they care more about the staff's respiratory issues than the non-smoking customer's.  So I didn't gamble either, and ended up leaving with almost all the money I came with.   :)

Love this little local casino!  Even if it's been months since we're visited, there are always several employees that remember us and are very welcoming! 
The steak house offers very nice service and delicious meals, the cafe is a great place for something a bit more casual.  Always our first stop when we visit Parker 👍👍

I've been going here for about 4 years now.  The service and kevrl of professionalism had risen dramatically in that time.

Slot techs are on the job and act promptly when needed.

Servers are very good.  Becky and Bonnie are consistently excellent and personable.

One of my favorite places on the river.
