I had a few items in storage at Climate Control Indoor Storage for a few years while living in the area, and then a few more during a few years while I was away. During all the time before my move, I always found the employees there friendly and helpful. While I was away, any questions I had about billing or simple things like changing contact information were always easily and pleasantly handled. I've always been confident that my property was safe and protected, and it has been. I've moved back to the area again and so just today, I emptied my storage unit and closed out my "lease." Linda at the office was helpful and pleasant. It's rare to find a company that doesn't just provide the product or service you are buying, but also has very good customer service. CCIS has that.
