What a mess of an office. I have always had issues with this facility. Half the time, they never had my paper prescription ready for pickup, sent bills in the mail that were actually mistakes when called upon, and they never sent my medical records to my new doctor despite me faxing back my medical release form. The only reason why I stuck around for so long was Dr. Chen. I've seen Dr. Magid before and he has zero patience for questions, and Dr Garb barely makes eye contact. Now that Dr. Chen moved, there is no point of me being there.

I saw Dr. Magid Mannie and was treated with contempt.  He was dismissive and inconsiderate.  I was a patient here for many years back but they changed to a different group with a new name and they didn't have my record.  Not only this doctor didn't help me, he causes me more anxiety and referred me to a wrong doctor in the same practice who bloodily charged me almost $600 for

I spoke today with Julie to refill a prescription it’s just cream for the skin and she wants me to go to the clinic and make an appointment and see the doctor just to pay extra money and waste my time this is the worst clinic ever with the worst service from Julie and she has big problem with attitude
