Pretty bad customer are in this case patient experience in that some of the office staff are a bit abrasive with the issue of providing services before their office actually closes at 12 noon on Friday in my experience coming in anywhere from 20 to 5 minutes until 12 is sometimes met with distain verbally, and physically from some of the staff This is further evidenced one person in particular will actually make receiving the shots a little little bit more painful by pinching my stomach extra hard And jabbing the needle in then it becomes a point of arguing as to whether or not their office hours are at 12 noon or as they see fit by discouraging people not to come in unless they can be there at a time that’s convenient for the nurses. It should be noted that every time I’ve gone to the bathroom, at least two nurses sitting down, looking at the computer and or not busy enough that they can’t give you your shots, once I get to the back office, my shots are administered within a minute and I’m out of there. The whole process should not take more than 10 minutes regardless if you get there 15 minutes till or five minutes till they should be able to take you in without any additional hassles in my case has been going on for over a month. I’m now left with having to bring this matter to the appropriate doctors attention, and/or learning how to do the shots myself, and to avoid this terrible customer experience in the first place.
I went to Dr. Matorin after unpleasant experience with other so called specialists. His diagnosis was simple and effective. I noticed that he is not money minded and treats patient as patient not a customer for making money. He and his staff are very friendly. Go to him without second thought.
Both the staff and Dr Matorin were amazing. I was received promptly and courteously. Everyone made sure I understood each step of the process and made me feel comfortable! Dr Matorin was knowledgeable and has an excellent “bed side” manner. He explained each step of the process and the next steps to come. Thanks to the whole team for making me “part of the family “

This was the 1st time coming to Dr Matorin. Immediately asked many questions then took care of the issue my daughter was having. Plus he scheduled a follow up to double check hearing since we had issues with her ear. Thank you
Great doctor, took his time to explain everything, and looks out for the best solution and a great price.
The audiologist was very thorough in explaining her findings exactly. And she was didn’t act at all rushed, which was nice. Then the doctor came in and he was also very thorough in discussing the results with me and explained how balance is related to the ear, complete with diagrams. Again, he didn’t act rushed, or like he was pained to have to take time to explain everything. He was quite charming.. Today, one day after my appointment, I called with a question, and I’m hoping that they will answer the message that I left so that my five star is correct.
Dr. Matorin is a great ear specialist, very thorough and easy to understand. He has office locations in 3 sections of the Houston area making it easy to make an appointment close to home. His staff at each location is very nice, professional and friendly.
The time I came into the office waiting room and fill out the forms, I felt that this may be the right place for my problem. My receptionist was helpful and polite. My nurse was excellent, and my Doctor made feel like I made the right choice. We have some test to go but i'm having a positive attitude that I've finally found a doctor that is going to be aggressive and correct my problem Gary Peel
Dr. Matorin is a friendly enough person and is very knowledgeable. The procedure itself seems to have worked fine but I was definitely promised a much better result and was not given enough information by the doctor about what to expect during recovery, much less how serious and lengthy the process would be. The operation on my nose itself went fine and I was able to recover after about a month. The operation has only fixed my breathing issue by maybe 20% if I had to put a number on it compared to the life changing experience I was promised. My biggest critique was that the expectation for recovery and seriousness of the operation was never expressed. I had asked questions during my consultations and was always told they would answer those types of questions later.
