This is the 5th time I have gone to this establishment and today is the first time they've made me an offer on my items. Their offering was extremely low based on the quality of what I have them. THEY ARE VERY PICKY AS TO WHAT THEY WILL ACCEPT, BUT LOOKING AT THE CURRENT MERCHANDISE, THEY SHOULD'VE OFFERED ME MORE THAN WHAT THEY GAVE ME.

I'm addicted to Clothes Mentor!  Neat, clean, and organized. All the clothing is in excellent condition, I always leave with arms full of goodies!  Prices are higher than other consignments stores but the one I go to won't do refunds or exchanges even when I get home and discover damage, which has NEVER happened with CM!

I do not recommend selling anything or buying from this place. They offered me $3 for a brand new pair of $60 shoes still in the box that they were going to sell way more than $3 ... Buy on eBay or department

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and feel I was given a fair price for the items they wanted. They explained why they did not take all the items which I found quite professional.  Very good experience..

Great name brand items..even better prices. When it comes to selling, you have to think, if these clothes are so good why am I getting rid of them!!!?? Especially if they are older than 2yrs old...forget about having a tag on them, they are OLD!!!!! And don't think you are gonna get what you paid when you are trying to sell, this is a resale shop!!!!!!!!!! In the business of reselling!! Duh, people complain and gripe about everything! Don't be offended when they don't take your items, you were taking them to the Goodwill for FREE anyway!!! Duh!!!! Smh.....
