Waited to pick up my glasses in the optical department. The paper clock said they would be back at 2:00 I waited from 1:30 until 2:30 along with two other customers . The other staff members noticed that we were waiting for a while and called the young ladies on their phones to get them back to work . At 2:30 they come back with lunch bags and Victoria's secret bags It looks like they were shopping while 2 other customers and I waited I was not happy mainly because I barely made it to my side of town to pick up my children

Great experience! Cashier was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very short wait time! Was able to find everything I needed!

Horrible!  Employees chatting with no registers open except at the front of the store.  Ended up putting down  the items I was going to buy and walking out.
