I have never met a more rude staff. Seriously-no one would help us last night and then when someone did, they quite literally ... walked away after handing us a blazer that was not the color we wanted ... they literally went to help someone else. It's like really? I spent $300 across the street at Macy's and got a lot more from my money. While this may say Chad Morrow, this is his wife, who has two growing boys-and I can assure you of one thing. I will NEVER, EVER set foot in this store again! SO RUDE!

Bad customer service, gave me the wrong shoes to begin with, and made a big fuzz when i went to return them for the right ones

I went there to get suit and was in and out in less than half an hour. The lady who helped us was very courteous and helpful. In addition, our suits were done later in the day. I feel very satisfied with experience.

First of all, I've always been happy with Men's Warehouse. I think their clothing is high quality and sharp. I've been a customer for a number of years. Anyway, I had some issues with a couple shirts and when I called this particular store I knew from speaking to Adam White that I'll be well taken care of. The customer service is terrific there and I will definitely speak highly of them to my colleagues. Thanks Adam! You've saved a customer!

Me and my entire Groomsmen were very dissatisfied with the bad customer service and attention from the whole store, except one. Pretty much 95% of my guys got fitted there and when they went to pick their Tuxedos they weren't right on the measurements at all. Also my jacket had white glue on the sleeves and I was told that nobody cant see that at night. I was like wow
