Do not waste your time. The employees are rude and they will turn down almost anything. No customer service what so ever. I had to approach and say hello to them they just stared at me and gave me attitude. Like if u don't like ur job that much leave! Girl with red hair needs to fix her attitude and stop giving dirty looks. She is lucky I didn't talk to her manager.

I love Clothes Mentor but like others have said the customer service leaves much to be desired. When you walk in the women look at you like "Why are you here?" It's not like I expect a "HEY WELCOME TO CICI'S!!!" but the death glare is unnecessary. You can find great stuff here at a decent price just be prepared to feel unwanted and ignored.

If you like to look frumpy then this store is for you. There's nothing modern day styles in this store. Anytime a buyer turns down boutique clothing...there's definitely something fishy about the business. The sales person or buyer Rebekah attitude was dry. She lacks personality and taste. If Rebekah is your definition of a buyer then you're sadly mistaken!!!! Girl 👋

i have came here a couple of times just to check it out. i was extremely dissapionted with the quality of the products and service. i brought in some stylish clothes that where all in perfect condition almost all name brand. they turned away all of them even tho more than 90% of there store is older clothes and in poor condition. one of the cashier, rebbecca was EXTREMELY rude and had a terrible attitude. i mean i have never had such bad service in my entire life. she was acting as if it was a burden that i was even there and as if i was a trouble.... i bought 3 items and was the only customer in the store so they werent busy. just a heads up... if you wanna refund anything you DONT get your money back you only get store credit and it is so not worth your time or money. worst experience at a clothing store i have ever had!!!!!!

Bad experience! Workers have no people skills or style. Majority of the time they dont buy anything eventhough the flyer says so. I took new name brand clothes with tags and once worn items but they told me they couldn't take them because the condition or out of season but flyer says accepting all seasons! I watched 5 different sellers items get turned down. Idk how people with no sense of style can decide what to buy or not.
