DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS STORE. I purchased my dream mattress, the serta hybrid pillow top with adjustable base on September 4, 2017. It was a great deal! But, I still haven't received the mattress nearly 6 months later. I have spoken with a list of associates and managers at the store, customer care, the distributor MDX and the local delivery company. No one has been able to resolve it. I'm perpetually awaiting a call back from JCPenney while they are contacting this or that department. I have vowed to never shop at this store again. Thanks for nothing, Jcpenney, except headaches and a lot of wasted time and money!

Good sales. Unfortunately the customer service staff in the back are completely rude and unfriendly, cutting you off while trying to ask a question. Don’t bother trying to check out in the front, either. Lines are backed up and wait times average around 25 minutes. Next time I’ll order online or try another location.
