Great prices on slightly worn high end clothing. Beautiful clothes, shoes and name brand bags for half the price or less. Many items still have original store tags with price tags attached. I was dropping clothes at Goodwill, and heard about this store. I left with over $150. They purchased my name brand items that were only worn once or twice. Not bad for items I was going to give away. Only higher quality, name brand items that look new or lightly worn. My favorite store. What deals!

I was very impressed by the selection and the organization by clothes Mentor but even more impressed by the staff. Particularly the manager, Jolee who acted as a personal shopper, a service they provide. She was so patient, kind and amazing at assisting in picking clothes out for a client I was working with for our firm. They just made a long term personal client as well as an excellent business client from our firm! Thank you so much!!!

I have beautiful Kasper 3pc suits. They only buy clothing that is 2yrs or less plus only casual. Yet they have suits in the store for sale. I take care of my clothing so I keep almost everything for more than 2yrs. I've tried before, don't waste your time.

I went with my fiancee to sell a pair of her shoes. First impression was that it was a step above the usual second hand shop. It looked clean and only had minimal smell of the back of a great aunt's closet. The first employee we met was very nice and directed us to someone who could answer our question about selling the shoes. So far so good. The manager came over and, after looking at the shoes, informed us that the shoes were not in season to be sold. My fiancee, reasonably, asked if there was a better time to come back to sell the shoes and was told no, at which time the manager walked away to be replaced by another employee. My fiancee tried to ask the employee that had taken the manager's place if she knew of any place that might take the shoes; however, the manager butted in, delivering with an attitude that she was the manager and she said they wouldn't take the shoes. If she had kept her mouth shut for two seconds she would have heard my fiancee's actual question. Instead, she decided to be rude and unprofessional. This was unacceptable behavior. I don't care if you're the manager of a kitschy, hole-in-the-wall second hand store or the CEO of a major corporation, civility is mandatory. The manager couldn't even handle that. Needless to say we will not be giving our business to this store and unless you like being treated rudely I recommend you not frequent this business either.

Lots of stylish quality women's clothing. Well organized by size, style and type to readily find what you want. Reasonable prices. If you're selling them clothing, they don't offer much. Was there with wife.
