RIPOFF! I WENT THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME A FEW WEEKS AGO AND SOLD 53 ITEMS FOR $100. TONIGHT I WENT IN THERE AND BROUGHT ALOT OF ITEMS. WHILE THE YOUNG GIRL WORKING THERE WENT THROUGH MY ITEMS I WAS BROWSING AROUND AND I SEEN HOW MUCH THEY PRICED MY ITEMS FOR. I DEFINITELY GOT RIPPED OFF!!! LAST TIME I CAME IN THERE WERE OLDER LADIES THERE WHO WERE VERY NICE  AND IT TOOK THEM WELL OVER AN HOUR TO GO THROUGH EVERTHING.  TONIGHT I WENT IN AND THERE  WERE TWO YOUNG GIRLS WORKING. IT DID NOT EVEN TAKE HER 30 MINUTES TO GO THROUGH ALL OF ITEMS. I HAD A BRAND NEW FUR VEST FROM MACY'S WITH TAGS THAT WAS ORIGINALLY $80 BOUGHT EARLIER THIS YEAR AND SHE OFFERED ME $3.50. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! HURRIED THROUGH EVERYTHING AND NOT FRIENDLY. WON'T BE BACK THERE. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND GAS!
RIPOFF!!!!!!! SAYS ON WEBSITE THEY PRICE ITEMS AT A 1/3 OF RETAIL AND THEY PAY YOU 1/3 OF THAT. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! DON'T PAY YOU NEAR THAT AMOUNT!

I started shopping at a clothes mentor when I lived in Philadelphia.  It became my favorite resale shop--so much so that when I moved to Baltimore I would drive back to the store (in West Chester, PA).  Moving home to St. Louis, I was thrilled to find one here!  They have all my favorite brands-- Ann Taylor, Loft, J Jill, J Crew, White House Black Market, to name a few...   The best part?  After losing weight after the birth of my second daughter, I have been able to restock my wardrobe through multiple size changes on a budget!

I took a small bag of cloths in this place for my wife. I spoke with a lady named Kathy. Nine out of the 10 items still had tags on them. When she gave me the quote, it came out to $35 so I left. I sent my wife up there with the same bag of clothes and the same lady gave her $170. This place will rip you off if they think you don't know what you have. Kathy and her store are a joke.

Came here with two and a half trash bags full of almost brand new nice looking clothes that were barely worn. They took two items, a victorias secret tank and a pair of VS leggings and i got $4.50 for them. Out of the 40+ items in my 2.5 bags they took two items. What a joke. DON'T GO HERE TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES.
