The clothes are all basically one size, nothing is in very good condition and every time I've gone in the people working have been very disinterested.

I went in with a bag full of basically new clothes, dresses, shirts, skirts to trade for cash as their advertising says, but I got there, gave them the bag, they told me it was going to take like 20 min to check my stuff and at the end they ended up calling me back in 5 minutes and told me they weren't going to keep anything. (They specifically mentioned that I have pretty dresses but they already have too many)... When I got my bag back I realized they didn't even go through not even half of the bag, they only saw the few dresses I had on top. I also checked out some of their clothes and realized that a lot of their stuff is in worse condition than what I took and wanted to sell to them. Won't go back there again.

I took in so many cute and fairly new clothes in and they took the most expensive shirts, $50 boots I only wore once and only gave me $8. I felt ripped off.

Discovered this place on accident, and I love it. The prices are fair, and you can get some really nice clothes and shoes. I found a pair of $60 sandals that I wanted last summer, new with tags, for $8.95. A total steal. I also brought a lightly worn $149 coat, retail price, here for $10.95. Everytime I pop in the store to see what they have, I leave with something great.
