Tabitha was so helpful and accommodating! She told us exactly what prices were, she wasn’t pushy, she was accommodating, and super friendly. We came in for a couple of night stands and ended up buying a mattress too. The prices are decent, and I love that they donate a mattress to kids in need for every mattress that is purchased.

LOVE this store. I come every month several times! I can always rely on them for great quality pieces and sales! Would love to see them in a bigger location with pottery barn items back in stock ;). Tabitha and Melanie were especially helpful.

Not only does downeast have the cutest furniture ever but they have awesome employees! Tabitha is the greatest! She has literally made me feel like a friend rather than a customer which encourages me to come back time and time again for all my furniture needs! :)

Love DownEast. I find their furniture to be very nice quality. I most recently was in the market for a dresser and nightstands, and find that they have very trendy, beautiful solid wood pieces. Compared to other furniture stores locally, the quality far exceeds the others. We have purchased a kitchen table and chairs as well. Love the closeouts from pottery barn that they get occasionally as well!!

Incredible customer service and very knowledgeable sales staff... Tabitha was very attentive and answered all of my questions... Would definitely recommend DownEast to all my friends and family based on the service provided by Tabitha alone.
