Came into Cloud Nine to get some furniture and was pleased to be greeted by the owner, Scott. The no pressure atmosphere of Cloud Nine made it comfortable to ask questions and sit on pieces without being haggled. Another fantastic aspect was that they offered awesome financing options with fast delivery! Highly recommended!

If you're looking for new furniture, make sure you head over to Cloud 9 sleep shop. We stopped into the mall after a friends recommendation and are so happy we did. We not only saved money over the big box stores we tried, we didn't have to deal with the pushy salesmen. Scott and his family have gone above and beyond to make sure every aspects of our furniture purchase was pleasant. From the laid back yet knowledgeable sales approach all the way to the friendly delivery guys. I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could!

Very happy with this store, they went above and beyond well after the sale. Hard to find people like this anymore. Very happy with all aspects of our purchases.

I ordered a reclining sectional that came in sections. When it was delivered and set up in my living room as a free standing unit, not against a wall, I realized all you saw was the back. The back showed the gaps in between sections and velcro where it reclines so this made me not like the couch. I immediately called and spoke to the owner who allowed a trade with no issues. So in love with my new choice and am thankful Cloud 9 understood my concern.

Cloud 9 Sleep Shop was the smoothest experience I've ever had in a furniture store. I went in to pick out two living room sectionals. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Scotty who took the time to sit down with me and ask exactly what I needed and he even asked for pictures of the room. Not only did he help me find what I wanted but he made great suggestions. I decided to compare the prices here to other locations in the area and the prices were great. He even included delivery and assembly. They basically told me the way they keep the prices down is because they're family owned and they don't have the huge overhead of a warehouse. I've had the furniture for over a year now and my biggest problem is keeping my kids off of it lol :) Thanks a lot and hope the review helps.
