I had the most awesome experience today. I came in looking to buy a ceiling fan for my kitchen.  Turns out the fan I wanted was on sale at a Home Depot in another State! I was so disappointed. But with help from Sales Associate Toni and Customer Service Person Tammy they were able to find me the fan that I wanted & for a GREAT price! I was so THANKFUL to them. They really went the extra mile & I will Always recommend Home Depot Merritt Island, FL first!!  M. Cook

Went to get hinges for a gate... found hinges on shelf that were correct size, what I didn't notice was every single one was different. They all came from the same shelf, but according to staffer at register since Irma they haven't been very organized. I'd just have to go back and look more carefully. (I.e. since the hurricanes we haven't had it together enough to organize our shelves, you're gonna have to find it yourself).

I am writing this review about Terri Hoppe who is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.  I was in the store late one evening and needed assistance with a lock box that I bought from another vender but needed help with resetting the box that particular night. The key specialist was not available at that late hour.  As I was walking out towards the exit, I was very lucky to meet Terri Hope who was coming in my direction.  I asked Terri if she could help me, and needless to say, TERRI was an amazing help.  Terri spent some time analyzing how the mechanism worked, when I spent over five hours with no success.  Bottom line, Terri reset the box and then showed me how to set the box as well.  I left the directions at home and Terri, without any prior knowledge or directions, saved the day for me.  I found Terri to be an OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE who was truly dedicated to helping customers even with the problem that I presented to her that evening.  She is not a five star employee, she is a TEN STAR EMPLOYEE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.  GREAT SERVICE and GREAT HELP.

Excellent help and knowledgeable personal,  a great place to shop and prices are good  ! Forget about the "Other " place  !  ( LOWES )
