I love JCPenneys and hadn't been to one in a while because I had moved. I googled, found it and decided to go in spite of having little funds following a hurricane. It was 6 miles, and gas prices being up n all, I decided to go anyway. Penney's had some great prices and so I was able to get 2 things. However, once I got home I found one of the items still had a security tag on it and so now I must go back, 12 miles round trip and a waste of gas so my bargain shopping is no bargain. Sad!!

JCP was my Grinch this Christmas.  Ordered a gift from Nov 26 called 3 times went to the store. On the 22nd Dec. was just told oh that order got hung up in the system and I don't know why.  My order of Dec 16 -  the Curt response when I called Aventura , oh that won't be here until the 27th.
Christmas is the 25th Dec JCPENNEY. Why advertise if you can't deliver 😡

Couldn't find any clerks around to help apparently they all run the registers. I guess when they're not busy at the register they can help you. Their clothing sales area was a mess and difficult to walk through.
