Absolutely bad experience from a customer service point of view, we applied for a home loan through Matt Steinke, and while we were told that our application would be processed through and we would be approved with no issues, he didn't do the due diligence, from his end, needed for approval, and due to his oversight, we lost two weeks of our time to close on a home. And we received this news on a Friday late evening, so we couldn't contact any other union for a good two more days.
