store wise not everyone was helpful ! but there was a lady which she told me her name was ting ting and she was the most helpful ! she was trying to speak spanish to my mom because she was hearing my mom talking to me in spanish! obviously she wasn't very strong in spanish but it was such a nice gesture to even try and say the words she knew just to try and help ! she absolutely went out of her way to help as much as she could! great customer service !

I can not believe you will not cover an insert due to the plastic being torn unless it is the STITCHING. I WILL NEVER PURSCHASE ANY  COACH PRODUCT. YOU GUYS ARE ABSURD.................
