Went to this store and asked to see a pair of shoes. One associate, without hesitation said they didn't have it. Okay, understandable. I asked for a bigger size and she said she'd check. 5 minutes pass and I see the same associate folding clothes. Hello? Was it hard for you to tell me you didn't have it instead of having me wait there? Why work in customer service if you can't do your job right?
