So I went into a Jimmy Choo in Irvine and wanted to purchase a specific shoe but they didn't have it in store. They did do their research and find it at the Jimmy Choo Outlet at Desert Hills. The girl who helped me was great and sent me pictures as the purchase was over the phone. She told me the shipping would be 15$ (even though this is all within California). I said that was unacceptable considering that I was spending $500+. Jimmy Choo is a high end store and brand, they should not be charging for shipping when a client is spending so much. The young lady took it to management and management said they wouldn't waive it. If they weren't the only store with the shoe, I wouldn't have bought it from them. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.

The customer service was horrible. The associates need to be trained or retrained in how to provide every customer with great service no matter the ethnicity. Horrible experience shopping at this location. I gave it one star because it does not let me post review without it, i wish no stars were an option. We have reached out the corporate on this matter, we think no customers should be treated this way.
