DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! THE ROOMS ARE SERIOUSLY VERY DIRTY... THE CARPET IS BLACK YOU SINK FROMALL THE DIRT IN THE CARPET.  THERES HOLES IN THE BATHROOM WALLS THE T.V. DIDNT WORK THE TIOLET WOULD NOT FLUSH THERE IS NO FRONT DESK CLERK TO CALL. AND THE ROOM HAS THE WORTS SMELLING ODOR.. FOR A HOTEL THEY SHOULD HAVE A HEALTH INSPECTOR OUT THERE IM SURE THERE ARE ALOT OF VIOLATIONS.   I DONT KNOW HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH CHARGING CUSTOMERS MONEY FOR THIS PLACE I JUST LEFT AT 6 AM WE COULD NOT TAKE THE SMELL ANYMORE.. OH AND DONT LET ME FORGET THE TWEEKERS ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR OUTSIDE SMOKING EVERY 5 MINUTES.  WORST EXPERINCE DEFFENTLY NOT WORTH THE 100.00 THEY CHARGE MANAGMENT SHOULD REFUND THE MONEY!!!!.. AND SHUT IT DOWN FOR A MAJOR OVERHALL.. UN -HAPPY CUSTOMER... THE NIGHT CLERK WAS NICE THOUGH SHE TOLD US THE HOTELWAS OLD AND CLEAN SO NOT TRUE ON THE CLEANLY PART.. I CAN NOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW AWFUL THIS HOTEL IS THEY OBVIUOSLY DO NOT READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THEY GET..... I WISH I WOULD OF TOOK THE TIME TO READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS.

Rooms are decent size. But dirty looking. Needs repairs and upgrades for the price they charge. It is fairly quiet and staff are very nice.

Refused to take payment for from over phone, said I couldn't do it on the website... walk ins only... from Portland and current in Reno over a hours drive away.... poor customer service

The rooms have been repainted, everything looks clean. It looks old, it is OLD it's clesn.

It was ok. Weird there were no towels and very little toilet paper. But not bad for the price
