Pros: Always had fresh towels by next day. Beds were comfortable. I believe the room we stayed in was renovated. They offer themed rooms which is kind of cool.
Cons: Water temperature of shower was very hard to keep at a proper temp. Either too hot or too cold. Once you find perfect middle it would change to colder within a minute. Front desk was unable to find our reservation and also provided my dad a key to a room already occupied. Slightly overpriced for what you receive. Free complementary breakfast is nothing more than a Banana ana and coffee.. Or grits without a bowl.

Excellent customer experience and friendly staff that knew a lot about the area. Hotel under new ownership. Amazing how each room has a different theme but overall rooms are clean and very affordable. Very surprising that the hotel has a business center! I would definitely stay again because of the customer service!

Nice clean place with friendly staff. Walls are thin and mattress was hard. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

NEW MANAGEMENT!!! CLEAN... SAFE... AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I've lived in grass valley for 31 years and never have thought this place to be at the top of my list but all around this "lodge" is best all around deal less than 100 night. The rooms head and shoulders above the two motels on South auburn Street... The best part they are actually clean no forgien unnamable substances on the walls the doors are clean so is the bedding... I actually felt like a guest. Thank you Ken and Benji for turning this gem around.
