Wonderful rooms, very clean and everything you can possible need available to you in the rooms.  Grounds are lovely.  Great service from everyone.  Most delicious breakfast with omelet waffles!  The best selection and variety of fruit at any hotel breakfast I have ever seen.  Will definitely return.

Loved our return visit. Very relaxing and beautiful place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.  Size of the rooms and amenities added to the enjoyment.  Staff was very helpful & friendly.  Great breakfast choices & just the serving hours we needed.

First stay here, for quick weekend get-away.  Wonderful surprise of a boutique-fashioned hotel.  Sparkling clean, well-maintained and  a charmingly appointed room. Lots of little "extras" at the hotel, included in the price. Plenty of parking and the hotel is within walking distance of all the downtown shops/eateries of downtown Grass Valley. 
Enjoyed it and will be back again , maybe for the Victorian Christmas events.

It has been a great pleasure to stay at your hotel - I describe it to friends as very attractive, generous rooms, very friendly staff, and immaculately clean.  (My only observation is that the lampshades in my room were a bit damaged and could be refreshed.)  I highly recommend it to others... I often meet friends across the street at the South Pine Café for breakfast, but if I am not meeting friends, your breakfasts are very nice.  Very convenient parking, as well!

The atmosphere is very welcoming and the rooms spacious and comfortable.  We enjoyed our stay and the next time we are in the Grass Valley are, will plan to stay there again.  Both receptionist were very friendly and helpful.
