I have been waiting on a phone call all day about my son's appointment tomorrow to get his wisdom teeth out. I called them several times. I spoke to a young lady once and she told me Leslie was busy and would call me back. That was at 11am. I never got a phone call. I'm afraid to take him tomorrow to get this done. They told me they were going to call me so they can call in his medication for the surgery and I had to give it to him 1 hour before surgery. We live a hour away. What if there are complications after surgery. Will they completely ignore me again? They didn't even call and tell me how to prep him for surgery. I guess I will try them again in the morning. Even though his appointment is in the morning. I don't know what to do.
Update: I am updating my review. I received a phone call in the morning before I even had to call them. They apologized about everything that happened. My son's appointment went very well. The staff was great. My son's surgery was smooth and he is at home resting.  I have had to call them back about his recovery and they contacted the doctor and called me back promptly. We are very pleased with the service we have received!

Went there yesterday 07/18/17 the front desk staff was polite, however the office was full & they were sending people to wait in the waiting room of the business lobby or people's cars! My appointment was @ 12:00 I wasn't seen until 3:00!!! Yes 3:00!!!! The lady who took my x-rays was polite however the dentist that would be performing my procedure which was pregnant, wasn't she didn't even visit with me for more than 5 minutes & promptly walked away without asking me if I had any questions, I had to ask my questions to the lady who took the x-rays! I would not recommend this place to anyone! & Will be advising people against going there! I called minutes after I left that office to tell them to not bother calling my insurance for my extraction that I will be going elsewhere! Also the office has outdated dental equipment it's like being at the dentists office in the 70s!

I'm very happy to write a review for this dental office which has come a long way since I first became a patient. I have been a patient of Coast Dental for over 12 years and over the years I have seen this office go through a number of changes most of which unfortunately were staff changes and weren't any good to say the least. They now have a great manager in Sam which has sorrounded himself with a great Doctor and staff members. Sam has brought this office back to what it is used to be and I for one I'm glad that I stuck around to see the great improvements. Keep up the great job guys!!

I absolutely love it here. Shannon, Tasha and Brandy are the best. I called about having pain in my lower left area, they schedule me an appointment as soon as possible. When I arrived I was greeted and I was called before my actual appointment time. The workers here are always friendly and do there best to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this location for dental services.

This was my first time visiting Coast Dental. They were really nice and explained everything to me. There was a girl name Brandi who assisted me. She was super nice, made me feel welcome and made my experience great...seeing how I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST. I will be returning to this dental office.
