On 5/17/2017 I was called by the practice to set up a followup to a sergury done on april 5, I told NP Marsha that I already have a visit scheduled for next tue May 23, she insisted that an additional visit was required before that visit. I told her that whatever had to be done by the nurse could be done on tuesday. Yet she insisted, so I told her I would not do it, I would take care of it tuesday. I then told her I would like to request my medical record, that  I felt what was being requested was nuts and very unreasonable, and I would start looking for a different practice. The conversation then ended rather abruptly.  I was then called by Jen, who ask where I wanted the record sent. I told her I would sign any papers they needed tue when I was there for the appointment. She then advised I have no appointment and was no longer part of the practice. I dont know if I quit them or they quit me.  I'll find a new practice that is more patient centered instead of money driven!

Office policy is awful. I have insurance with no copay but they require $100 for what they call a "deposit" I showed proof of insurance which I pay a lot to have, I'm not giving you more

Representative Keri is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I called to ask something so simple as to a doctor's information such as name department and she delivered a sense of fatigue or unhappiness as if it is such a draining question. Turned off by her customer service. If you are not happy at work then find another job as to we, the people who are part of your service deserve some sort of respect. Horrible representative.
