My daughter had a great experience with this office so I decided to make an appointment. I was stuck in a down pour and heavy traffic and arrived five minutes late to my appointment. I tried calling the office to let them know I was running five minutes late but no one answered. When I arrived, the office was empty except a couple who arrived directly behind me. I was informed by an extremely rude nurse, receptionist, that they could not take me and would have to reschedule. I said please take the other patient before me that I would wait. The lady who came in behind me even asked her why can't you take her. She is only five minutes late and traffic was heavy. I was told Nope and that I had to reschedule. I did not and will not eschedule ever with this group. Not only was I rushing to get to this appt, but I was in pain and this nurse/receptionist did not care. I left extremely upset and crying. I already had anxiety because I knew I had to have injections in my feet. Wow and patients always have to wait on docter. If you like rude doctors office use Coastal Podiatry. If not,  not worth the experience.  I was referred by my Pediatrician's office. I will let them know how my experience went. Sincerely 😡 patient!!!
