I came in with a severe animal bite. The NP pulled back the bloody bandage and poked around and stuck it back on. I had to ask for a new dressing from a nurse and I was told "oh, you want a new dressing?" The nurse didn't clean the wounds but just slapped a too small bandage over the multiple wounds actually leaving part of the adhesive edge stuck to one of the puncture marks.

Don't bother going here because their customer service is pretty crappy. I was allergic to my antibiotic that they prescribed. They told me to stop halfway through it and didn't give me anything else. The antibiotic didn't get rid of my sinus infection. Now they said I have to go back for a new checkup 2 weeks later and pay the full amount again even when they told me to stop the meds and wouldn't give me anything else.  Pretty sorry!

Horrible bedside manner. Hasskil was rude from the moment she walked in the exam room. Condescending and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I was so insulted I walked out. Will never return.
