Nothing worse than having to visit the doctor on a Sunday. But this could not be avoided as my fiance felt awful since Thanksgiving. Made the appointment online at 9 am and was immediately given an arrival time of 10:15 am. 
  Around 10 am, we rec'd a text from Doctors Care that everything was on schedule. Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the receptionist. Within fifteen minutes of arriving, we were in to see the doctor. I didn't grab his name but he was friendly and listened to what we told him. He made a quick diagnosis, and the prescription was sent to the local pharmacy.  
  Not sure about the previous negative reviews, but our experience was nothing short of exceptional!

Just visited this office as a walk in. The facility is very welcoming and the admin staff was most friendly. New patient paper work and wait times were reasonable. 

I met with the doc and their x-ray tech to look over a rib injury, who were both friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I was most pleased with my visit, will return for future visits and would recommend this office to others. Thank you!

Wrong diagnosis lead to ER visit.
Had general lab work run which should have revealed the problem. Was misdiagnosed and reacted bad to medication. Later over the phone, I was told by a nurse to stop the medication from the side effects and that I should be healthy in 3 days. The next day I had to go to the ER because my symptoms had progressed so far. ER properly diagnosed me, and did not find signs of the original diagnosis. ER doctor was concerned about how my symptoms could have progressed so far, spreading from the original issue, insisting I should have been treated sooner.
Ironically, I was contacted by the Doctors Care office the morning after the ER. They told me that further tests revealed nothing wrong and gave me a clean bill of health. Obviously this was not the case.

Waited 2 hours and was told I'm not allowed to have the strep test results for my child until the Dr was available, which was still another 30 minutes. Worst experience ever. Will never return.
