I have been going to the Orange Park office for about 3 months. Right from the start, the Dr had a plan of testing to find out what was causing all my pain. Unfortunately I am still in the early stages of finding out what is causing all of my issues. I have several physical issues (which I have known for years). The staff has always been respectful and I have not had to wait any longer than I usually do at a doctors office. I suppose each Coastal Spine and Pain office is different but mine isn't too bad. One problem is that I think they do not spend enough time with the patients as they should. It reminds me like they are herding cattle. I want to control my pain and not let it control me. Not too much to ask right????

They have a great staff. Dr. Gallo is wonderful and caring. She takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. She explains every treatment she suggests trying. I have seen a couple of the other doctors they have on staff and they have treated me the same way. Very nice, caring and explain everything to you so you know exactly whats going on even during the procedures. Really like the Orange Park office and staff.

Very pleased with Dr Kenneth Powell deameanor. He listened to everything I said. Then had back and forth dicussion of plan of care. Very compassionate, with patience and empathy!

Make sure when scheduling your appointment that they schedule you at the spine and pain center you go to. I have only been to this one and somehow I got scheduled at the one on the northside and I had to schedule my jobs around them and then because they neglected to tell me that they scheduled me at one I've never been to I can't get my procedure done for another couple weeks. Make sure you verify that you are scheduled at the correct one so you don't have to waste your time and gas coming out here to get nothing done cause someone else messed up.
