Your 24 hrs a day 7 days a week is a bit misleading & possibly liable for locations that AREN'T. But otherwise your staff (at the baymeadows location) is very professional and respectable. Although irritable or short at times they seem caring. I would however like to NOT see a new doctor that has to introduce everytime...seems excessively impersonal and a bit........well desencontized.

I love Pediatric Care Center! I have been bringing my boys here for the past 4 years now (since they were born) and I have never had any issues. There is never a long wait time, the staff is very friendly, the office is fairly old but always kept clean. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great pediatrician that treats you and your child like family.

We normally go to the Baymeadows location but due to a scheduling issue had to go to the Orange Park location. Right away you notice the location is a few steps down of the other. The nurse who took the measurements and vitals is badly in need of training. Right away i noticed she was screwing up the measurements. I called her out and had her remeasure and she made the exact same mistake. She then made a measurement on my daughter's head circumference and screwed that up too. Now the nurse practitioner was great. She looked at the height growth chart and said this can't be right. She remeasured my daughter and found it was an inch and a half short. She then remeasured her head to find it an inch to large. Again the nurse practitioner was great but even so we will never go back to that location again.

I would give this a ZER0 if it would let me. First of all the girl Ashley who works in the office called me with my son labs and she didnt even know what she was talking about so I asked her what was she trying to say she proceeds to to give me info I know couldnt be right as I work in healthcare as well in a doctors office. So I asked her to fax over my sons labs so I can show one of doctors to get an understanding she proceeds to tell me no she cant do that so I had to explain to her the HIPPA law and she could and i wanted my sons paperwork tgen she proceeds to tell me she doesnt feel comfortable so I just ask to speak to the doctor manager or whoever is in charge because her not being comfortable has nothing to do with me as a mother being concerned about my child so she then just puts me on hold without even saying hold on and i waiting for 10 minutes by this time i have her on speaker waiting for her to pick up so Ashley the girl who I was on the phone with FINALLY picks up the phone and proceeds to talk very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ABOUT ME she doesnt know she clicked over to me she thinks she is talking to one of her co workers so she proceeds to say THIS CRAZY MOTHER IS ON THE PHONE AND SHE ISNT GETTING ANYTHING FROM ME I DONT WANT TO HEAR WHAT SHE IS SAYING SO WHAT SHOULD I DO soooo then I say well this is the crazy mother you speak of so and put whoever is in charge of you on the phone she says O MY GOD and then hangs up on me. I call back and she doesnt even answer the phone... I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR KIDS THEY NOT ONLY HAVE SOMEONE WORKING IN THE OFFICE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTUMER SERVICE WHO IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL BUT SHE ALSO HAS NO CLUE ON WHATS GOING ON WITH THE PATIENTS AND THE CARE THEY GIVE..!!!!!
