I am a patient of Dr.Richard A. McCauley already for 14 years. I rated my doctor, not the office stuff, which is really not so good in communication. It would be not right judging doctors for their office people. The office stuff was hired not by doctors, but their administration. I can put up with them only :) because I have a very good professional gynecologist.

After a terrible experience with another OBGYN, we came to North Florida on a 6 months high risk pregnancy. The people in the office were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment with Dr Michael Morphet two days later. Right off the bet we felt the difference of approach from both offices, and despite being already later in the pregnancy, Dr Morphet was quick in getting all the information needed to take over the case. On December 29, at 8:20 p.m. my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and we are honored to have Dr Morphet as part of this special moment. His devotion to this case reflects credit upon himself and all the staff of North Florida. Thanks Dr. Morphet.

This is honestly the worst office staff I have ever dealt with. Every time, I mean every single time I have to go in there has been an issue. I love my doctor and if it weren't for her I would be long gone, I am a regular patient with no special needs so I only go in about 1-2 times a year. Ever since I have been using them (which is only 2 years), they have continued to make error after error, with no apologies along the way. First it was several scheduling errors (on their part), then they "forgot" to contact me about a serious procedure that was time sensitive, then they forgot to send a prescription (which I double-checked they were sending that day), and now apparently they are open at 8, but do not take calls until 9, except for today when I started calling at 9 with no answer. I had to finally get prompted to the answering service at 9:20 to inform them that this office should be open and is not taking calls. The answering service had to inform the office that the phones were not on. Needless to say I finally got through at 9:45, with again no apologies and an office staff that was rude, especially since my prescription was delayed a day. I am not one on complaints but they have been consistently making errors, literally every visit I have had. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Good luck!

Negative experience the 3 times I've been in. Always some sort of issue resulting from miscommunication throughout their office and I suffer for it. Going elsewhere for the remainder of my pregnancy and will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.
