We had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice. The restaurant was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and we'll prepared. Our waiter went above and beyond to make our meal an enjoyable experience.

The room was great! So big! However, breakfast was not the best. Most of the food was gone and not replenished until we asked at the front desk.

Great location. Close to downtown and to UWSP. Nice, welcoming lobby. Clean rooms. Only drawback is that the pool is quite small.

Had a few hiccups at the start of my stay, however my concerns were addressed in a very timely manner! GM really cares about the customer's overall experience and has made my experience something positive to remember! I'm happy to stay here next time I'm in town! I love that this hotel is close to my office as well as many downtown restaurants and coffee shops!

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Rooms were very clean and supplied. The restaurant has amazing food and wonderful staff also.
