Ordered my son’s 16th Birthday cake and would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous. My sister in law recommended Coccadotts and they did NOT disappoint. This cake was amazing!!!! It was decorated amazingly well.. and the taste was FABULOUS!!! The staff was super helpful and sweet through the entire process. I seriously would dive to the Beach for them to make a cake for me. I seriously wish I could give more stars!!

When you think cake you think a nice, normal, cake, right? But wow this place goes over the top and outside the box. Each cake they make has it's own special look and taste. But the thing that all of them share in in common is that it tastes good, wait no GREAT, I highly recommend this place for your special event cakes

We ordered my daughters wedding cake from here.  When I made the final payment I made sure they had it written down that the cake  was suppose to be square.  When my daughter picked up the cake it was round!!  The cake was beautiful and DELICIOUS; but I was disappointed it was not the shape I ordered.  The square would have looked much nicer on the round table it was on.

I rate the cakes a 5, however the young girl behind the counter ( light hair with bright red highlights ) gets a 1, she had to be the rudest person ever, she rolled her eyes at me about 5 times. Young lady I am sorry that I was not satisfied with my cake and that you had to go out of the way to call the owner, but when I pay $25 for a small cake I expect it to be edible the next day! The cake was purchased around 5 P.M. We had a slice around 7 when my daughter went to get another slice the next day around noon all of the icing was on the bottom of the box! The response I got was we can't take it back there is some gone! When I fussed she said do you want me to call the owner? I said yes and she rolled her eyes, I spoke with the owner who was very pleasant and was going to give me my money back, I told him another cake is all we wanted, another girl asked what cake I wanted I picked one and the girl who is famous for rolling her eyes said no you have to get the same cake! This girl does not belong in customer service as she rolls her eyes far too much! My family and I really like your cake and have bought many cakes and cupcakes but I'm rethinking spending a lot of money and having the clerk roll her eyes at me! 
Oh and to top it off they never even asked my daughter is she wanted anything written on the cake, my daughter said "I think she was new mom, but the other girl that was there was not helping her much" 
Great cake but horrible customer service! Will not be back for a while if ever!

They did a wonderful job on my daughter's wedding cake this past Saturday. We went in for something non-traditional and they were excited to do it. We came up with a book theme that was executed perfectly. Would highly recommend.
