Poor customer service. There is a reason I do not shop here on the regular. I attempted to exchange two items that we received as gifts and these items were sold at kohls. The rep said we had to either obtain a gift receipt or get something in the store with exact price. Really, not even a price higher and I pay the difference and definitely not lower. No, the exact price to the penny. Hence, the fact the price was $8.40 each. Do you think in the store even with clearance items I could find that exact price. Ahh, no it was like a needle in a hay stack. Needless to say, not a good experience to shop. Never will I return to shop here and I will let many know of my experience. The items didn't get exchanged and I do not have the gift receipt, so I will most likely donate two brand new items that my children couldn't fit all because I couldn't get them exchanged from this multi-billion dollar company. At least, I will be giving to someone in need since this company is too petty to help families. Good day and GOD Bless!

I buy apple watch but i eat it by accident, luckily i pooped it out and now im fine. I had major diarrhea for a long time. That apple was disgusting.

Very disappointed. Advertised Fingerling Monkeys $14.99. They do not have. I have been to Columbia, Florence and Myrtle Beach, SC store. They do not have in stock at any store although they have signs posted in stores and in their flyers. Very disappointed plus assistant mgr. CLARK in Myrtle Beach pretty rude. Each previous store informed me the next store had.

Great deals and clean. Employees are rude but good deals make up for that, I guess ;)
