Usually a great place to go during the summer. The outdoor patio and seating are great! If there is bad weather or it's hard to sit outside, the seating is a little more difficult but still a great place! Friendly and helpful staff!

Usually very busy with a cozy atmosphere. They always treat the members of my family very well and they have a good selection of coffee and teas. They also have some good, quick bites. A note on the tea side. If you like green tea like I do, you know how to brew it. I can't give 4.5 stars so I give 4 because of tea brewing knowledge. I have to ask everytime I'm there for someone not to use boiling water in my green tea. It completely ruins the flavor when you do that. It might be worthwhile to ensure the employees are just as equally educated on tea since a large selection is offered. Sorry! I'm a tea snob!

Original really fresh coffee in Cincinnati. Lots of choices. Great associates. Always a good feeling to spend a couple of dollars for very high quality goods.

The coffee is so full of flavor and and food is fresh and delicious. All of the staff are super kind and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back
