The new gym in town! The value of the membership is excellent for the price of 10 bucks a month.  5 if you visit 12 times in one month. As you would expect in a new gym, the facility is clean and the staff is fine. I really haven't interacted with them. I have been a few times since it opened. You would expect it would be difficult to get a machine, it's not. I have never waited for a bike. I have waited less than 5 minutes for a weight machine. Nope, the real wait will probably occur at the massage chairs. There are lockers , showers and changing rooms. The only downfall is there isn't regularly scheduled training to teach how to use this marvelous equipment. Staff doesn't seem to be available to teach either. The gym uses Matrix workout equipment and there some sort of tracking app, Colaw doesn't appear to subscribe to it. These are two minor details that don't diminish your workout. Go check them out!

The first thing I noticed was the friendliness of the staff. They are eager to help you with a smiling face.  Great first impression.  There is so much equipment! I never had to wait for anyone to be finished. Everything is very clean. I love all of the motivational things around the gym, they're a great reminder to keep going. I also love that they have private bathrooms with showers in them. They also offer a 30 day meal/workout plan, which is so great if you're a beginner and you aren't sure where to start. I definitely recommend this gym.

Love the new gym. I signed up at the end of January and have went twice now. I have lot of motivation to keep going with the lower monthly fee. I love how they have plenty of machines for everyone. The place is very clean, and staff very friendly. The massage and tanning is also a nice bonus. Definitely recommend this place.

I was very impressed with the organization when I went to sign up 2 days ago. It was crazy busy with people waiting to sign up, but it went quickly and smoothly. I felt like we were given all the information, with no hidden fees or having to read the small print. Went to actually use equipment for the first time tonight and was impressed with how much there is and no waiting for machines. The hydro massage was AMAZING and I'm stoked about the tanning being included. Hoping with the fee being lower the more you go I will stay motivated to keep going and shed the weight I've wanted to lose for so long.

I never wanted to join a gym until this placed opened.  I can go anytime and I can always find a piece of equipment I can use. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. I am looking forward to reaching my best self this year with their help. Thanks for opening in Topeka!!
